Help! I have my current I797 that’s valid till this Feb 10 2024. I also got the new renewal of I797 approval notice last Oct 2023. I traveled out of country in Dec 2023 and at the port of entry I showed my current I797 so my I94 was valid till Feb 10 2024. Is this an issue with my legal stay post Feb 10? Please advise if someone had a similar situation.
