Hi Visa Experts,
I am an O1 visa holder. My visa and form I797 is valid until Oct 2025.
My wife's O3 visa was only valid until Oct 2024. When she entered the US, her I94 form was extended until Oct 2025.
We are planning to visit overseas in December 2024.
I am wondering if she would have to apply for a new visa from outside the US and have to go over the same visa extension process as earlier? i.e. file DS 160, book an interview appointment, give biometrics, appear for interview etc.?
Is there an alternative to get a drop-box appointment and get the visa renewed?
