How to schedule O3 VISA Dropbox appointment at a location other than booked location

Hello Visa Experts,

My wife has a O3 visa drop-box appointment scheduled at the Chennai VAC center, India on Dec 24.

I wanted to ask if there is a possibility of doing a drop box appointment at the VAC center in Delhi, India instead?

Unfortunately I am unable to find an available slot at any other center than Chennai for the past 3 weeks.

Any help is appreciated.
