  • Sponsoring Visit visa for Sis-In-Law & Family in dubai!!!

    hi,

My sis-in-law and her family lives in UAE and were planning to visit us in US this july, They had applied for their visit visa and attended their interview at the US embassy in dubai 60days ago, my bro-in-law is a wealthy man and have a very successful business running for over 18yrs now in dubai. Anyways, they attended the interview as a family [husband, wife and 3 sons], they were given a yellow slip and were asked to wait for a reply from the consulate, minimum wait period - 90days from the interview date. They have not heard from the consulate yet and very much want to travel in july 2011 (personal reasons).

My question is that - can i re-apply for them(just my sis-in-law and 3 sons) like am sponsoring right now? is it too early to do it? is it allowed? or sud we wait for the 90 days to get over before reapplying?

any suggestions are welcome, this is a very unique situation for us and have no clue as to what can be done.

btw by sis-in-law i mean my wife's elder sis and i am in H1-B, my wife in H4, and i had just sponsored visa for my mother-in-law and father-in-law and they had their interview on 17thmay and their visa is been approved, they live in chennai.
