I become a US citizen a week ago my parents are here in US with me for the third time , I request your advises and inputs on below

My parents does not have birth certificates and marriage certificate.
Is it acceptable by the USCIS if I obtain BC and Marriage certificate from Indian Embassy ? and file I-130 / I-485 together?
or I should wait for the certificate from back home where it has been processing from the last 6 months not yet finalised. Requesting your inputs . My parents are here for three more months a quick advise may help me to act fast..

    Thank you guys!

If an individual is born before 1970 birth certificate having a birth certificate is not mandatory. You can file an affidavit from uncle/ aunt or a close family friends who know your parents and have been present at the time of their birth. For people born after 1970 one should have birth certificates.
Regarding marriage certificate you should have one to establish the relationship.

    All the best
