Hello there,
i hope some one can advise me here, i am a green card holder and i bringing in my wife and son from the uk here, the problem is amount of time that they take to issue the immigrant visa to the family, my son is british passport holder if i bring him to the usa without the immigrant visa but just a dependent relative visa-- is he allowed to join the schools in the usa --some one told me that i need to apply for a student visa for him is that true, can some one advise what would be best way for my son to join me here before he gets issued a green card and that it does not effect his education.
