Hi , I am a US citizen .M y mom has multiple 5 year visit visa .She is going to come here . Can I apply for her immigration during their 6 months stay ? Can it possible to chang her status ( visit visa to immigrant visa ) ? Is my job necessary for this purpose .I am not working women but i have joint bank account with my husband .will it work or not ? plz reply me soon .
