Hi,
I am a national of lebanon with an I-485 pending, working in the US on EAD (no valid h1 on passport). I am planning to travel to lebanon and return to the US using and advance parole. I will not have an H1 stamped on my passport on the way back.
I might transit through the UK (in heathrow) on my way there. I would like to know if a DATV is needed?
I have transitted through london before and always applied for a DATV but its not clear to me what the exemption rules are. Also it seems that when you don't change terminals nobody checks the visa. Does anybody have comments on this.
