I applied for the diversity lottery last year ( DV 2012 ) but I plan on going on to postgrad study in the US in 2015, will this affect my chances of getting an F1 visa? I know immigrant intent is a very important factor in the issuing non-immigrant visas so this is worrying me a lot.
