My concern

I am a pastor by profession and I came to the US with B2 visa,
I have started a church or non profit organization in the US.
The church wants to do both the church registration and IRS.
Now my concern now is, they needed a director, i mean the founder to sign the church registration forms.
can I be the director or the founder and sign, which will not affect me, if
the church wants to file petition for my stay in the US as R-non-immigrate
in the mere future?

So long as you are not employed or self-employed (earning income), what you describe below should not violate provisions of your B2 visa. To obtain a nonprofit church entity tax status, you should enlist the assistance of a legal or tax professional to meet IRS and local requirements.
