about green card through r1 visa

friends , i wanna know about the part-10 of i-360 for special immigrants . In that part there is an option of signature. I am really confused that whose signatures are wanted there, employer's or employee's signature? and what is the total time of processing from i-360 submission to receiving green card as religious minister.Please help me if anyone know about it.
