I got an R1 Visa stamped in my passport for one year only (expiring in Nov.09)

But at Port of Entry in USA my I-94 is stamped for 3years

How can I extend my R1 visa?

What forms to be used for R1 Visa extension not the extention of stay in USA?

Can it be done from USA?

I need to travel to India after Nov.09 and come back?

    Pl advice me

To extend your R1 visa, you'll need to file a visa renewal application, typically using Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, before your current visa expires in November. While the extension process can be initiated from within the USA, it's crucial to ensure that all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner, especially considering your planned travel to India and subsequent return to the USA. For the most accurate and personalized advice, consulting with an immigration attorney or a visa specialist is highly recommended.
