As of September 2007 I'm working as a full time teacher at the Jewish day school that willing to be my petitioner.
I first received my R-1 visa on June 2004.
From 2004 - to 2007 I worked as a teacher for a local Temple (working 15 hours a week)
As of September 2007 I'm employed additionally by a local Jewish day school
( an additional R-1 petitioner), as a full time (40 hours per week) Hebrew teacher, and plan to continue working at the school for the next year.
My 5 years of holding the R-1 visa will be expired on June 2009.
Please advise if I can apply for the EB-4 and what are my chances to get it.
