Dear Sir,
I am filing for a change is status from H1B to an R1 visa for our assistant pastor. I am a bit confused on the I-129 questions 2 and 5. I have read over the instructions and done research, but can't seem to find guidance on how to complete this portion of the petition.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
