Visa Renewal

I am a Canadian on a R1 status. My wife is on R2 and was under treatment for Multiple Myloma and hip fracture (hip replaced). I am with an Church under Assembly of God organization. They are not extending my visa. What advise you have for me to extend my visa. I also need to travel abroad and Canada. What should I do. Please help me. If you offer any service what will be your fees.

Some of the US citizens are willing to start a church and wants me as their pastor. What is the criteria?
