R1 job role and Green card

There are three types of jobs on the R1 visa: (1) ministers, (2) religious professionals, and (3) religious workers.

I know you can apply for a green card after 2 years.

Are you more likely to get a green card as a minister, or does it not make a difference what your R1 job is?
