Hi, I want to petition my employee for R1 visa as a missionary teacher however, her BS is not Education (it is Civil Engineer) and she already has a US-equivalency for CE. She has been my faculty for 3 years teaching Bible and other elementary classes. She has been a member of our church for 3 years. Does she qualify for R-1?
