Change of regions! Vermont to california

I have applied for R1 premium processing and sent it to Vermont because im from Florida but after 8 days i have received the whole package along with the money order, to be sent to California, I don't know why California, ANY HELP?

Dept of Home Land Security resturctured certain categories and changed some application centers from their previous jurisdiction areas.

CA is your new service center.
