copy of 1992 R1

Is it possible to get a copy of an R1 issued in 1992 or any kind of document stating that one was issued to me and on what date? As far as I can remember I only had a stamp in my passport but there might some record
on paper somewhere. Thanks

US government always have paper records for the visa documents you can ask from them.
