L1 to F1 Visa Probability.

Hello All,

I am currently holding L1 Visa which is valid for 2.5 years more.
I have been working in US for 6 months in US.

Now I wish to apply for my higher studies.

I will be returning to India in another 3 months & will be applying for F1 visa for my higher studies in US.

How easy or difficult will it be getting the F1 Visa ?
Will my credit history, US driving license & past duration of stay affect my F1 visa by considering me as a potential immigrant ?

Please help me on this by your valuable response.
