Hi,
I am on L1 Visa in the US. My brother who is in India is trying for a F1 Visa (which has been rejected twice). Reason told to him was- Not Eligible and Finances not in place. My brother wants to try again (due to acceptance from very good Univ's in US and great academic background in India). Also, even though the reason told to him was that the Finances are not in place, I am sure, all arrangements are done and the same are in place.
Along with this, I want to file for a B1 Visa for my mother and dont want mother to stay there alone for so long.
I am in a fix- which Visa to be filed first- Mother's or Brother's, If my mother gets her visa, I think it can affect my brothers visa and if we both, my brother and I, are in US/ my brother and I have US Visa's-my mother may not get a visa.
Please advice.
