Mobile submission facility outside New Delhi OFC

I know that Delhi embassy used to have a facility where one can submit mobile phones before entering for the visa interview. Does anyone know if there is such facility available outside Delhi OFC as well? I could not find a way to reach them.

Mumbai OFC does not allow Mobile inside.

Lucky one "Nice" Gentleman offered to keep my mobile till I come back.

There is no locker facility
