Hi,
I had applied for change of status from H4 to F1 on Oct 2nd. When I had applied, I had given my Father In Law as "Name of person/people who will provide financial support". I have received an RFE asking for some documents. When I review my application, looks like I have made a mistake and would like to correct it before sending the documents. I need assistence in the following things.
1) When filling the application, I had mentioned that "Amount of financial support to be provided per month" as $40k but it should be per year. Can I change it now? If so how?
2) I would also like to change the "Name of person/people who will provide financial support" to my spouse name instead of my father in law. Is it possible? If so how?
