Cap Gap eligibility!
Hello
I am currently on OPT and my OPT end date is April 01st 2013.
My employer will be applying for H1B in April 2013, but as my OPT is only till April 01 2013,
1) I wanted to know if I will be eligible for Cap Gap if I drop my H1B by April 1st.
2) In case if I am unable to drop the H1B or if my H1b documents dont reach USCIS by 1st April, Will i go out of status ?
3) Should I go for a premium process??
4) Do I need any documents from my university while I am on Cap Gap ?
Any kind of suggestion will be highly appreciated.
