F1 till 2015, Can i travel before second masters classes start.?
I have F1 visa untill 2015 for univ X where i finished my first masters.
I am currently on OPT till 18 DEC 2012 (non stem), H1b was denied a few weeks ago (FullTime job, MTR filed this week by employer coz attorney thinks its a random denial)
Currently applying for second masters and should be able to get new i20 before my current OPT expires and SEVIS transferred.
My OPT ends on 18 dec 2012 and the classes for second masters start from 18 Jan, there is a 1 month gap between these days where i am planning to go to india and be back in time for classes.
1. Can i travel during this period with the new i20 (if i get sevis transferred before OPT expires), will i have any problems at port of entry?
2. Will there be a problem since the name of the univ on my visa is X and my new i20 univ is Y. DO i have to go for stamping again?

Please note: i am not doing second masters for CPT, will be joining a state university. no fraud involved.
