hello! i hold a valid f-1 visa. i am out of status now for not registering full time (initially registerd full time and paid the whole fee but later dropped a course). now that i am out of usa, should i apply for a new visa for entry into usa or can i come on a new i20 from a diffrnt school while my older sevis is being reinstated? please help......
