I'm on H1 now. When I entered USA I was on F1.
After my OPT was over I changed F1 to H1B. I mean my consulting company is holding my H1B now( my H1 was approved).
However, I haven't got any project from my consulting company so I have not got payment check so far.
Now I have to go back to my country and I want to come back to USA after several days later.
When I come back, I want to get new visa F2( My husband if on F1 and he is in USA).
In this case do I have to prepare all documents regarding to H1 and company payment history?
