Please update the thread with your cases.COS from H4 to F1

Submitted : December 13th to VSC

Mine went to optimised case status on the same day and the status detail is 'In process' as of now.

I used ELIS, and the application was directed to VSC Vermont Service Center.

still no updates...status detail says "in process"

My change of status was approved on Jan 18, I received the approval notice by mail a week later.

COS B2 to F1, applied through ELIS, directed to VSC Vermont Service Center
Application Date: Nov 8, 2012
Approval Date: Jan 18, 2013
