I am having so much trouble getting my friend over here from Colombia. I have asked for help from my senators and representatives and still get no help. Can someone please guide me to get him here as soon as possible. I was told the last paper was the I 40 to get him over here to study to get his GED learn English. Later he wants to enroll in Job Corps to get trades Can Someone please help me. I am so lost
