Private University - Cap Gap!
Hello,
I have completed my MBA from one of the private University (for profit origination). Can some one please tell me if I (my university) will be eligible for Cap Gap extension.
My employer is applying for my H1B in this April 2013. Can some one suggest what are my options if I am not eligible for Cap Gap ?
