lost f1 visa how to get restamped

HI,
i am currently doing my masters and i will be graduating in december.I have lost my visa and passport.Applied for the passport but the next is visa.

1.can i go on OPT without getting my F1 visa stamped

2.If i have to get my F1 visa restamped,should i do it only from my home country?

3.will it be an issue to get visa restamped (I have all the copies and paid all the term fees and have a 4 gpa)

please help me as i dont have anyone in this country and i have to earn money from part time jobs according to the need.

2.If i have to get my F1 visa restamped,should i do it only from my home country? -- Generally, you should apply in your home country.

3.will it be an issue to get visa restamped (I have all the copies and paid all the term fees and have a 4 gpa) -- It should not be a problem. It is better to get it done before you graduate.

please help me as i dont have anyone in this country and i have to earn money from part time jobs according to the need.
