F2 Visa Help
What's the other way so that I can try for my wife's F2 Visa for second time.
My current status is - OPT expire on 30 june 2013
My F1 Visa expire in first week of August 2013.
Applying H1 in APRIL 2013.
As my wife applied for F2 visa first time in Feb 2013 and got refused visa under 221(g)
and then submitted the requested docs and 2 weeks later got rejected under 214(b).
I dont want to wait for H4 than it will be 7 months to get her visa.
What should we do, Do we mention that we applying for H1 B or DO I enroll in school and get F2 for my wife before H1 ?
