I am currently doing my MS here and I changed my status from H4 to F1 recently. My Husband is paying all my tuition, and expenses. I am planning to go for visa stamping in Canada as my H4 already expired, but here are some questions regarding my husband's H1B.
My Husband's H1B is approved until 2015, but later he changed client location to another state but with same employer. His LCA for different state is applied, but not H1B amendment. If I go to F1 visa interview, I assume they will ask my Husband's I797, but he did not have the one amended for new client. Will this become a problem? Even though if he apply for amendment now, it takes 2-3 weeks (if he does in premium processing). Please give me some inputs.
