OPT Denied twice

Hi,
I am Suman. I did my MS in ITU. My OPT got denied twice. I have submitted all the documents they require. Now I got to know that the reason for denial is my college did not update my SEVIS when I was on semester break. During semester break, I was doing on CPT. What should I do now?

Any suggestions?

The reason of DENY: BAD UNIVERISTY!!!!

You need to enroll a BETTER UNIVERSITY like STANDFORD or UC BERKELEY! NOT ITU, never heard about it!!!

If you did, the chance of DENY would be SMALL or NONE!
