What are my chances of getting a student visa (details given)

I have applied only to Edmonds Community College near Seattle, and I'm expecting the acceptance letter soon.
My strong points -

1 - A relative in Seattle will be sponsoring my education. He's been in the States for 11 years, has stable finances and everything. I will be living next to him too.
2 - Good academic history. 94% in both high school and 12th.
3 - Decent English.

My weak points -

1 - My family doesn't own any property here in my home country. And we don't even have a very good bank balance to show.
2 - The relative sponsoring me is not closely related. I don't even know properly how he is related to us XD
3 - I completed schooling 2 years back, for 2 years, I've been doing a course which I haven't completed. I've cleared one level of it and now I plan to leave it. Not sure how I will explain this to the VO.

Do you think I might get the visa? Thanks.

There is no perfect profile for getting a visa. All you can do is prepare reasonable and practical answers to your weak points.
I would suggest to not bring any issues up during the interview unless asked for. Look confident and stay sharp
