    COS H4 to F1

    Hi,

    Currently I am on H4 visa and want to apply for COS to F1 in USA. I want to know

    1) What reason should I mention in the letter of explanation to USCIS? I do not have any kind of assistantship.

    2) Currently my In-laws are with us, do my husband mention their name in form I 134 as a dependent?
