Can I apply for CPT with Old I-94

I have a company that wants to take me for a full time, So I am pplying fot CPT.

Im currently completing a masters and have completed all required units just need to complete my internship.

Problem is while coming back from India, I didn't get new I-94 and I still have my Old I-94 attached to the passport(forget to handover the I-94 while going out of US). However, I see from the application instructions for the CPT that I am required to provide a photocopy of my I-94 card. Can I apply with the Old I-94 that I have.

If, I will apply for the new I-94 then It is going to take 60-90 days. And I need to get CPT with in 30 days.

Kindly, let me know what should I do.

Never heard of that before. Is your I-94 valid, or in other words, what does it say under "ADMITTED UNTIL" ? What did the CBP officer say when s/he saw the old I-94 still on your passport when you came back from India? Very strange.

In any case - if it is still valid, just use what you have. Or go for a deferred inspection at CBP deferred inspection site.
