Please advice what to do
I studied 11.0101 which is in the list of STEM degrees. But my degree is 2 year certificate, it's not a bachelors.
I called immigration before applying, they say they might approve (level 2 officer), and they recommended me to apply.
Applied got RFE for two reasons
1) I-20 with correct dates
2) E-Verify number not matching (I sent ETIN)
RFE ends April 16th
Do you think I have a change if I sent
1) SEVIS DATAFIX issued March 16th
2) Correct E-Verify number
The DSO is already going to recommend me the I-20 with proper dates as soon as SEVIS returns me to ACTIVE (My current SEVIS says COMPLETE)
