    Parent's Spelling issue in Visa application

    Hi,
    My Dad's legal name according to his records(10th marks card, passport) is Mohamed Sana(with a single'M' in Mohamed).. However according to all my records, including my passport and every other document I have, its spelled as Mohammed(with a double 'M')... How should I fill my DS-160 visa application form in the Family information section ???
