Urgent help Requried : Degree certificate unavailable shoild I go for Visa Interview
Hi I am trying to get into some b-school for the jan 2014 in take into some B-schools in US . I have studied engg and passed in may 2011 I have got all my Marks lists (transcripts) for all semesters and a provisional certificate from My university. and have not recieved my Original Degree (aka Degree Certificate.I negelected approaching the university anf now (april 2013) i applied and the University replied that I will be getting my Degree Certficate in the month of December. and my intake will be in the month of jan.
now Here comes my Question
1)Can I go for a f1 US Visa Interview without my Degree Certificate and carrying all other documents except my degree certificate or do I need to wait until I get my Degree Certificate and then go ahead and attend my visa Interview.
2)How high are the chances of rejection based on non producing of my Degree certificate
3)Is there a work around Kindly let me know as soon as possible
