Hello friends i have searched the internet for many days but have not found any reasonable answer.

Finally found this community.

can anybody help me.

I want to study in Germany and i have mailed the representatives of german university regarding admission procedure.
they told me first i have to learn german language then i have to apply.

Now i am confused.I dont offer letter from university.I have to learn German in Germany and its 9 months course.
what papers should i apply with my application
Is any CV letter is required for language learning visa.
pls pls help.
