Hi All
I live in US. My brother in law is in indian airforce . His wife and have 2 kids live in India. After his stint in airforce I plan to get him to US on F1 visa.
Have a few questions. Hope I get some idea from you all
1. Is there any good consultancy in Hyderabad that can help us in F1 visa guidance.
2. Is it good to go to visa stamping together (or) only he go to stamping for F1. Later on his family goes for F2.
3. Is it good to apply a full time MS or part time MS
4. What are the chances of him getting visa based on following details.
He has his own home in India and around 7 Lakh in his bank account
5. What is good for financing . Bank Loan (or) me sponsoring since Iam in US .
