Port of Entry for Hopping flight

My destination in US is Austin. I will be flying from India, Since there is no direct flight, I will be landing at New York. BY connecting flight I will be reaching Austin. I have bought through ticket. Pl advise, where will I have to get I-94 stamped on My passport. New York or Austin

You will get it stamped at New York.
