Middle name mismatch between passport and other certificates

I will be applying for F1 visa soon.
My name on school/board, college certificates is:
First Name : YYYY
Middle : Sunil
Last Name : YYYY

On passport it is:
Surname : YYYY
Given Names : YYYY Sunilkumar

I haven't received my i20 yet, but most probably the name on it will be YYYY Sunil YYYY

Will this create any problem.. or should I change my name on Passport? Under what name should I fill my visa application forms?
