Inter Waiver program for F1 visa
hi,
I was issued F1 visa last year in Aug for Fall'2012 for Northern Illinois University.I couldn't go to US for some reasons.Now I want to apply for F1 visa again for Fall2013 for the same university.Im eligible for applying under Interview Waiver Program but I wish not to apply under IWP as Im not sure how many days it would take for the visa to come under this process.Hence would like to know if I can apply under normal procedure(along with interview ).Please reply I have to take a decision soon.Your help would be appreciated.
