I’m on F-1 student visa and my OPT expired Feb 2013. I timely filed for H1B and I’m currently on 60 day H1B rejection grace period that ends July 15, 2013.
- If I obtain an I-20 from a school, would I need to exit the US then re-enter or not? If yes, is this just an exit-reentry procedure or a visa stamping procedure from scratch?
- Must I start school within 30 days of I-20 issuance?
