Owning business before F1 visa

Hi guys. I really need help to understand how to manage my situation. I gather some friends and we invested in a new company in the US. I created the LLC in Delaware and opened a bank account managed by me in NYC.
We created this company but we have no employes in the US.
I will be moving to the US with a F1 visa to finish my MBA in the US.
Should I need to remove myself from the bank account?
Can I remain us a shareholder?
How should I proceed if this business is previous to the F1?
Can I be one of the authorized signatures to the bank account?
