Applied For Stem Extension, Probelm is that i am not e-verified through the company

Hi everyone

I applied for Stem extension , by providing the offer letter from e-verified company,
But failed to enroll for Payroll through the company

It has been 50 Days since my OPT Extension has started , The consultancy mentioned
that they will tell the USCIS if they call them, but i don't have any payroll ,which means
the consultancy did submit my I9 forms to USCIS

Current i have a job offer from another company but i don't have the start date yet

The Question is , if i have a start date and then change employer to new job details
where i am sure i will have payroll . will i have any problem

what are the odds of my Stem Extension being Rejected?
what necessary steps to be taken to be in good standing ?

I am in the process of applying for my OPT STEM Extension. I work for a company A and my company A has given company B all the HR and benefits enrollment work. My W2 has information of company B. Company A is an E-verified employer.

My question is which company's information would I need to put when applying from STEM Extension company A or B?
