Change of h4 to f1 visa while GC process
Hi,
I am currently on a valid US H4 visa. I would like to join for MS this spring 2014. My husband has his GC being processed by his company. H4 visa would is valid until only May 14. Please answer questions on whether
1. H4 to F1 visa change is possible in my home country?
2. If F1 possible, then will I face any issues when it comes to GC?
