Hello. I have been in the U.S. since 2007 on an F1 student visa, which requires full time enrollment status. I graduated in May of 2012 and then worked under my OPT. I got married to my wife, a U.S. citizen, one month before my OPT expired. I am currently applying for AOS to become a permanent resident along with my EAD. My question is: Do I need to enroll as a full time student this fall or can I simply wait? I am asking because the grace period is only 60 days after the OPT expires. Any advice is appreciated!
